Do you supply your own equipment or is it sourced via a third party?

Nodus Office Movers owns our own customized equipment including our office moving crates.

How much more will Nodus Office Movers charge for office moves completed before or after business hours, or over weekends?

We do not charge any premiums outside of days recognized as official holidays. As leading commercial movers, we endeavour to minimize disruption to your overall business operations. Therefore, the majority of our work is completed during evenings and weekends.

Is Nodus Office Movers insured? How much insurance do you have?

Yes. Nodus Office Movers is sufficiently insured to meet any and all commercial and office moving requirements. Additional insurance coverage is available as may be needed.

Are your office movers uniformed?

Is Nodus Office Movers strictly a moving company, or do you offer other services like installations, re-configurations, etc.?

Nodus Office Movers is a full-service office mover providing a wide range of services related to commercial and corporate office moves. We have the skill-set, experience and qualifications to help with office furniture installation and re-configuration, office furniture removal, decommissioning, moving and storage.

Does Nodus Office Movers complete residential moves as well as commercial moves?

No. We are specialists in commercial and corporate office moves (Office/Business/Warehouse/Industrial/Medical).

Will Nodus Office Movers assign a project manager to my move?

Yes. We assign one trained supervisor to each move. Larger projects will also include a project manager. Please contact us to ask about our move management capabilities.

How far in advance should I book my move?

The key to effective corporate and commercial moving coordination is the planning. We request as much notice as possible. However, we strive to accommodate all requests for office moves, even when they are last minute.
